Vollständige Anleitung zur Installation, Konfiguration und Nutzung von Pongo

Installation

  1. Download the plugin from WordPress or our website
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress
  3. Click Upload Plugin and select the ZIP file
  4. Click Install Now then Activate

License Activation

  1. Go to Pongo → Settings in WordPress menu
  2. Enter your License Key received via email
  3. Click Activate License
  4. Wait for "License activated successfully" confirmation
Tip: No license? Start with the Free plan with 100 messages/month.

Site Registration (Free Plan)

For the Free plan, you need to register your site:

  1. Go to Pongo → Settings
  2. Click the Register Site button
  3. The system will automatically generate your API credentials
  4. You'll see "Site registered successfully"
Important: Registration requires an active internet connection to our servers.

Content Sync

To make the chatbot work, you need to sync your content:

  1. Go to Pongo → Contents
  2. Select pages, posts and products to index
  3. Click Sync
  4. Wait for completion (may take a few minutes)

The chatbot will only respond about synced content.

Enable Chatbot

  1. Go to Pongo → Settings
  2. In "Chatbot" section, enable the Enable Chatbot toggle
  3. Configure position (bottom-right, bottom-left, etc.)
  4. Customize colors and theme
  5. Save settings

The chatbot will automatically appear on all pages of your site.
